What it covers
Websites we sell at €499: the Christmas bundle, for customers wherever they are. It doesn't cover other services.
The whole bundle
It covers everything in the €499 bundle, and the refund is the full €499. Google's own decisions, like approving your profile, are not ours.
The preview is free
We build your preview first, at a private link. You pay nothing, and owe nothing, until you approve it. If we can't make a preview, we tell you, and you pay nothing until you've seen your site.
Our Sitecomb check
Before it goes live, your site must score above 90 out of 100 on our own Sitecomb check. If it doesn't, we fix it.
Changes while we build
Up to three rounds of changes while we build your site. A round is the changes you send us together.
You pay once, in full
You pay €499 once, in full, when you approve the preview. Care is separate: the first 12 months are included, then it is monthly.
Live within 7 days
Your site is live within 7 days of your content reaching us, if you approve the preview in that time. If our checks find something that needs your input, the 7 days start when we have it.
30 days to be sure
For 30 days from the day we tell you in writing that your site is live, tell us anything you're not happy with. We fix it first, with up to two rounds of fixes. Fixes under the 30-day guarantee are free.
Your money back
If you're still not happy after that, email hello@sahbis.com within the 30 days, from the address you ordered with, naming your business. We confirm in writing, refund the €499 in full and take the site down.
Care
A refund also ends Care. We cancel it and remove your saved card, so nothing more can be taken. Any Care payments you made are refunded too.
Care for the first 12 months
Hosting and Care are included for the first 12 months.
Your card
We save your card when you pay the €499 but charge nothing for Care until the 12 months end. Then Care is €20 a month, until you cancel.
If you cancel Care
Hosting is part of Care. If you cancel, your site stays live until the 12 months end, then goes offline.
Your site's files
We email you a link to download your site's files when you cancel, and again when your site goes offline.
After the 12 months
After the 12 months, cancel any time. Care stops at the end of the month you've paid for. We email you a link to download your site's files.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from the link in any Care email. Or email hello@sahbis.com: your email is your notice, and we send the link.
How long the link works
The link works for 60 days after your site goes offline. Then we delete the download copy. Email us before then if you need a new link.
How and when we refund
We pay the refund within 14 days of your email, to the card or account you paid with.
What stays yours
Your domain and your content (your logo, photos and details) stay yours, whatever happens.
One per business
The refund is available once per business. This limit doesn't affect your legal rights.
Your rights
This guarantee is on top of your rights under Irish and EU law. It doesn't take any of them away. If you buy as a consumer, you also have 14 days to cancel; the 30-day guarantee gives you at least that.
