When it helps
What you get
Basic fixes from our short list are included. Anything outside it, such as changes to your words, photos or design, or new pages, is quoted first.
Secure connection from the day it goes live: your site gets an SSL certificate on your own domain, so what visitors send is encrypted. While we host it, we keep it renewed.
What Care costs
- Hosting and Care are included for the first 12 months. After that, Care is €20 a month, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time. Your site stays live until the end of what you've paid for, then goes offline. We email you a link to its files.
- We quote first for changes to your words, photos or design, and for new pages.
The terms in full
Hosting and Care are included for the first 12 months.
We save your card when you pay the €499 but charge nothing for Care until the 12 months end. Then Care is €20 a month, until you cancel.
Hosting is part of Care. If you cancel, your site stays live until the 12 months end, then goes offline.
We email you a link to download your site's files when you cancel, and again when your site goes offline.
After the 12 months, cancel any time. Care stops at the end of the month you've paid for. We email you a link to download your site's files.
Cancel any time from the link in any Care email. Or email hello@sahbis.com: your email is your notice, and we send the link.
The link works for 60 days after your site goes offline. Then we delete the download copy. Email us before then if you need a new link.
If we ever have to add VAT, we will tell you at least 30 days before the higher charge, and you can cancel before it applies.
How it works
Questions
Does Care fix things automatically?
Yes, a short list of technical problems, such as security settings and a missing sitemap. Each fix is checked again and can be undone.
Who makes the fixes?
Our software and an AI assistant make the fixes and write your report.
